• Update content across channels ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Adapt content for varied employee groups including frontline, hybrid and remote
• Apply brand and editorial guidelines in content creation
• Track content calendars and communication deliverables
• Collect employee feedback through surveys and pulse checks
• Assist with data gathering and insights to improve messaging
• Support inclusive and accessible communications for Stryker’s global workforce
• Copywriting and content development
• Collaborate with SMEs and designers for clarity and impact
• Maintain templates and editorial style guides
