Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Digital Communications Manager to lead its LinkedIn strategy, partnering with Marketing Communications and Product Brand to drive engagement across digital channels and support campaigns and business priorities.

You will shape digital experiences, manage content approvals, and oversee the divisional presence on Stryker.com while collaborating with IT and other units to implement analytics and ROI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and native social media analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with CMS and other digital platforms.
• 2+ years of experience running paid media in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• 2+ years of experience scheduling, tagging and reporting on content through HootSuite or similar tools.
• Preferred: 3+ years in marketing, marketing communications, digital and social media marketing or related area.
• Prior experience implementing or evaluating digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the division's LinkedIn social media strategy and align with omni-channel plans.
• Architect digital experiences and customer journeys across programmatic and social channels.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Represent the digital perspective in project planning and reviews.
• Manage divisional presence on Stryker.com and develop new page assets.
• Oversee the digital fulfillment system and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with other Stryker units to share best practices.
• Develop analytics processes and reporting to track performance and ROI.
