Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Digital Communications Associate Manager to lead our LinkedIn strategy and cross-functional digital initiatives. You will align with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams to drive brand equity and campaigns across omni-channel experiences.

You will advance digital transformation by evaluating new platforms, building business cases, and implementing solutions, while reporting results to build awareness and confidence in digital capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required for eligibility.
Experience in digital marketing and social media is preferred.
Experience with analytics platforms and digital campaigns is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the division’s LinkedIn social media strategy.
Partner with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams to align with omni-channel plans.
Develop and implement digital experiences and customer journeys across channels.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement.
Represent the digital perspective in project planning and review phases.
Oversee divisional presence on Stryker.com and update assets.
Optimize the digital fulfillment system and site content with Product Marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.
Develop analytics processes and reporting to measure ROI and insights.
Support CRM, e-commerce, and IS Governance initiatives.
