You will craft clear content, manage channels, and maintain a consistent brand voice to engage employees and support culture-building initiatives. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in communications or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in communications, employer brand, public relations, recruitment marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate complex information for broad audiences.
• Experience coordinating with HR, Operations, Marketing, and senior leaders on communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Plan, write, edit, and distribute internal announcements, leadership messages, intranet updates, and town halls.
• Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and brand across internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate messaging for initiatives like branding, culture, and organizational changes.
