Stryker is seeking an Associate Digital Communications Manager to lead LinkedIn strategy, collaborate with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams, and drive omni-channel digital initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and native social media analytics.
• 2+ years with CMS and other digital platforms.
• 2+ years running paid media in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• 2+ years scheduling, tagging and reporting content through Hootsuite or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the division’s LinkedIn social media strategy and cross-functional partnerships.
• Architect digital experiences and customer journeys across channels to engage and convert.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to proactively improve customer engagement.
• Represent the digital perspective in project planning and reviews.
• Manage divisional presence on Stryker.com with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing.
• Optimize the digital fulfillment system and keep site content current.
• Develop analytics processes and reporting to track performance and insights.
• Support CRM, e-commerce, and IS Governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business needs.
