Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college accredited construction management program.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel; Bluebeam a plus.
• Ability to read and understand all project documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate needs and resolve conflicts between trade partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Review submittals and RFIs with architects and contractors.
• Distribute updated plans and specs to subcontractors and site team.
• Assist with obtaining permits and punch lists for timely completion.
• Coordinate delivery of materials with subcontractors and site superintendent.
