Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college accredited construction management program.
• Strong technology skills with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with project documents and site coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate needs and conflicts between trade partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Review plans, specs and submittals to support timely approvals.
• Generate RFIs and coordinate with design team and architects.
• Assist with permits and punch list activities to ensure project closeout.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and files.
