Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in intermodal, truckload, or drayage logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a transportation management system.
• Attention to detail and time management in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, service-oriented relationships with customers, vendors, and drayage carriers.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all customer communications (portal, email, phone) with door-to-door focus.
• Monitor and coordinate first and last-mile pickup/delivery for on-time performance.
• Identify and resolve transit issues, escalating when necessary to maintain confidence.
• Strategically assign intermodal equipment aligning with pickup/delivery windows.
• Address door-to-door and full container load questions, including billing and gate reservations.
• Support after-hours operations on a rotating schedule and collaborate with teams to align end-to-end.
