Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in intermodal, truckload, or drayage logistics.
Deep understanding of ramp-to-ramp transport dynamics and first/last mile constraints.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to transportation management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
Detail-oriented with strong time management in a deadline-driven environment.
Team player with leadership potential; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cultivate service-oriented relationships with customers, vendors, and drayage carriers.
Serve as central contact for customer communications across channels.
Monitor and coordinate pickup and delivery to ensure on-time performance.
Identify and resolve transit issues across the supply chain.
Strategically assign intermodal equipment to optimize pickup/delivery windows and profitability.
Address ramp-to-ramp and full container load service questions, including billing and rail-related exceptions.
Support after-hours operations in a rotating schedule (approximately every 6 weeks).
Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
