Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Rail Operations.
• Preferred qualifications include Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years supervisory experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Rail Operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure decisions maximize profitability of the company.
• Ensure CSX intermodal safety and environmental policies are followed by all employees and contractors.
• Oversee vehicle damage: identify, report, investigate, and enter repairs.
• Monitor site security and prevent unauthorized access to the property.
• Oversee daily and weekly inventory accuracy and validate outbound load lists.
• Coordinate with towing providers and liaise between terminal and regional claims.
