You will balance customer service with efficiency, maximize margins, and manage load volumes while championing employee development and cross-functional partnerships.

You will also lead cost containment, ROI optimization, and ongoing process improvements, ensuring on-time performance and scalable operations in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 8–10+ years in intermodal transportation with rail freight focus.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with SOPs and KPIs.
• Proven track record aligning ops with business growth goals.
• Experience guiding system migrations and tech improvements.
