You will lead cost savings initiatives, ROI analyses, onboarding standardization, and cross-functional partnerships, developing leaders and delivering exceptional client outcomes in a hybrid, full-time role based in Illinois.

Formación

• 8–10+ years in intermodal transportation with rail/logistics focus.
• 5+ years in managerial roles leading teams.
• Proven ability to set KPIs, SOPs, and drive service excellence.
• Experience aligning operations with business growth goals.
• Experience guiding system migrations and tech improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic and financial leadership to deliver cost savings and ROI.
• Oversee operations strategy and flawless execution across teams.
