Uber Freight is seeking a Sr. Manager, Intermodal Operations to set strategy across intermodal account ops for both brokerage and TM lines. You will lead a team of US/MX staff, translate business goals into a clear plan, and drive efficiency and data-driven improvements.

This role requires mature leadership, stakeholder management, and capability to present to senior executives. You will collaborate across functions, hire and develop talent, and influence cross-functional peers to optimize

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of working experience.
• 5+ years in the Freight industry, Intermodal preferred.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.

Responsabilidades
