Job summary

U.S. Multimodal Group in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Intermodal Business Development Analyst to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and support pricing and strategic initiatives in intermodal transportation.

You will build reports and dashboards, assist sales with market intelligence, and coordinate with operations, finance, and supply chain to drive revenue and optimize network utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with large datasets and business insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intermodal markets, demand, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics on revenue, lane profitability, and utilization.
• Support sales with market intelligence, pricing analysis, and customer research.
• Evaluate lanes and capacity to drive strategic improvements.
