Job summary

U.S. Multimodal Group is seeking a Director of National Accounts to drive revenue across intermodal, drayage, transload and cross-border services.

You will own targets, develop customer strategies, and collaborate with operations and pricing to deliver profitable solutions while representing the company at industry events. The role requires 10+ years in commercial sales, a track record with Fortune 1000 shippers, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial sales experience.
Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business.
Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks and port drayage.
Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.
Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals.
Bachelor's degree preferred; travel required.

Responsibilities

Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines.
Develop a customer-specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and cross-border services.
Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions.
Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders.
Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM.
Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.
