U.S. Multimodal Group in the United States is seeking a Director of National Accounts to drive revenue growth across our intermodal, drayage, transload, and cross-border services from the U.S. to Canada and Mexico.

You will develop strategic client plans, win new customers, and expand existing accounts to meet supply chain needs. As a senior commercial leader, you will collaborate with operations, pricing, and network teams while serving as a key market-facing representative of the organization

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of commercial sales experience.
• Proven track record building and scaling multi-modal books of business.
• Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals.

Aufgaben

• Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines.
• Develop a customer-specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and cross-border services.
• Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions.
• Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders.
• Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM.
• Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.
