Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience.
• 5+ years in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for RXO’s top intermodal and drayage clients.
• Expand accounts through strategic relationship development.
• Negotiate rates and align capacity with operations.
• Understand port operations, rail networks, and container movement.
• Manage shipments cradle-to-grave with issue resolution and reporting.
