RXO, Inc. is seeking a project management professional to lead strategic initiatives across Intermodal and Drayage operations in the United States.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven process improvements, and onboarding new capabilities to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will manage project plans, coordinate with operational leaders, and drive performance tracking to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related analytical field.
• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, supply chain, intermodal, drayage, or freight operations.
• Project management experience including planning, execution, and tracking.
• Experience analyzing operational processes and identifying improvements.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects across Intermodal and Drayage to align with objectives.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive onboarding initiatives, technology enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and service.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders; present business cases.
