Job summary

Seaboard Marine in Miami seeks an Accounts Payable clerk to enter A/P invoices from multiple vendors, verify charges, and maintain accurate records to support timely payments. The ideal candidate types at least 35 wpm, communicates fluently in English and Spanish, and can work independently with limited supervision, occasionally extending hours or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be able to type 35 wpm.
• Ability to work with vendors and interdepartmental teams.
• Ability to multi-task with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enter A/P invoices in the TMS system for verification and payment.
• Communicate and assist with vendor calls daily.
• Review and investigate vendor invoices and statements for accuracy.
• Code invoices and communicate extra charges to traffic personnel.
• Collaborate with Intermodal Pricing to verify charges where applicable.
• Work with multiple platforms to complete daily job requirements.
