The candidate will manage bookings, coordinate with multiple divisions, and support growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required; HS diploma and MS Office skills expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Customer Service, Traffic or Rates in logistics or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English and Spanish at intermediate to advanced level in a business environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare a variety of reports and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Receive, research, and respond to customer inquiries promptly; offer alternatives.
• Oversee account performance; keep customers informed of cargo status.
• Focus on high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Secure bookings; coordinate with divisions to ensure execution.
• Attend to a high volume of incoming calls.
• Coordinate transportation modes per customer needs from origin to destination.
• Arrange delivery appointments with Inbound/Intermodal teams.
• Monitor changes affecting responsibilities and communicate with customers.
• Run and disseminate reports to minimize charges and improve turnaround.
