Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an experienced Water Damage Specialist at the intermediate level in Nashville, TN. You will head the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC standards, operating water extraction and drying equipment, and mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities include documenting moisture, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety. Occasional travel, night and weekend work may be required; strong customer service and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with IICRC S500 Water Damage standards.
• Experience with IICRC S520 Mold Remediation standards.
• Must hold IICRC WRT designation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and assign tasks.
• Review project requirements and document progress.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe PPE usage.
• Provide field documentation including photos, charts and sketches.
• Travel for on-site projects and be available nights/weekends.
