Ymca-of-Greater-Brandywine in West Grove, PA, is seeking a part-time YMCA program facilitator to plan, organize, and deliver value-driven skill development programs for participants. The role emphasizes safety, enthusiasm, and effective supervision of activities.

The position offers opportunities for growth within the YGBW and requires engaging with families, promoting programs, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills.
• Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in program area.
• Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs.
• Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire.

What You'll Do

• Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
• Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
