Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design for complex projects. You will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams aligning with client goals and space needs.

The role requires independent work, delivering design development and construction documents, and presenting mood boards and materials to stakeholders. Ideal candidates have strong Revit skills, excellent time management, and collaborative abilities to coordinate with FF&E vendors and consultants.

Qualifications

• At least four years of design experience in the commercial real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; or Bachelor’s in another major plus Interior Design Certification/Degree.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating FF&E with vendors and consultants.
• Ability to understand client goals, space needs, budgets, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort on complex projects.
• Support Project Designers in design deliverable reviews.
• Contribute expertise in space planning, materials, finishes, casework, furniture and lighting.
• Execute full design process from concept to construction documentation.
• Produce mood boards and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision.
• Attend internal and consultant meetings and coordinate with external vendors.
