Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to help plan and design spaces for customers, delivering elevated CB2 design offerings and contributing to sales growth across store and virtual channels.

You will lead one-on-one consultations, stay current with design trends, and translate the CB2 brand aesthetics into moodboards, floor plans, and product lists, while providing outstanding service in-store and online.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or home decor design.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms; design tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering elevated design experiences in-store and virtually.
• Create moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration for CB2 customers.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in-person or via email/phone/video calls.
• Ensure designs align with CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Deliver sales, KPI and service goals while maintaining upbeat customer interactions.
