Qualifications

• Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles.
• Excellent, effective, and timely communication skills and the ability to translate the brand vision and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create a differentiated in-store, in-home, and virtual design experience.
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person or in-home and via email/phone/virtual.
• Deliver projects within timelines and maintain brand standards across channels.
• Develop lasting customer relationships through networking and clienteling.
