Qualifications

• Experience in furniture sales or home decor design is preferred.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D design tools and floor planning.
• Knowledge of design aesthetics, space planning, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer engagement through elevated design offerings in-store, in-home, and virtually.
• Create design moodboards, floor plans, product lists, and client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person, in-home, or via email/phone/virtual.
• Deliver projects on time and align with brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy.
• Develop lasting client relationships through networking and follow-up.
