Job summary

Crate & Barrel Designers help customers envision possibilities with the latest home design trends, guiding them from an entire home to a single accent piece. They use design knowledge and digital tools to create moodboards, floor plans, and presentations.

This role drives sales and customer engagement through design consultations, timely follow-up, and strong product presentation on the salesfloor, in-store and in-home.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/ Home Decor Design or retail/ customer service experience
• Experience working one on one with clients and recommending solutions
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create elevated design experiences in-store, in-home, and virtually with customers
• Lead design consultations in person (in-store or in-home) or via email, phone and virtual
• Deliver projects in a timely manner and within determined timelines
• Maintain brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel; Store, E-Commerce, Catalog
• Develop design packages to brand standards and customer presentations
