Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support corporate interior construction projects for a financial services client in Washington, DC. You will manage project documentation, financial processes, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in construction or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and phases from concept through closeout.
• Experience using PMWeb or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on updates and changes.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, financial reports, and progress updates.
• Process and record daily financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Partner with Accounting, Design, and Construction teams to support project financial tracking and reporting.
• Review and process project budgets, vendor proposals, bids, invoices, and change orders within PM systems.
• Verify accuracy of project costs against budgets and contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with vendor agreements, contracts, affidavits, and lien waiver documentation.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
