Job summary

JLL is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to support corporate interior construction projects for a financial services client. You will manage project documentation and financial processes while ensuring compliance and communication between teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience and demonstrate strong organizational skills. This role offers a chance to excel in a dynamic field and contribute to impactful projects in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in construction or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and project phases.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and financial records.
• Process daily financial transactions and support project financial tracking.
• Review and process budgets, vendor proposals, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and contracts.
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
