Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a Task Force General Manager to provide short- and long-term coverage for properties, serving as the on-site leader and primary liaison with internal and external clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hotel/resort management experience.
• Experience with independent and branded properties preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing and food & beverage background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; budget analysis skills.
• Ability to lead and guide management in a dynamic environment to meet budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all resort departments to ensure policy compliance and standards.
• Engage with guests to promote resort features and amenities.
• Monitor hotel operations and address deficiencies with staff.
• Maintain department profitability and cost controls.
• Support executive committee and leadership group.
• Coordinate seasonal demand strategy with revenue team.
• Ensure service recovery guidelines and prompt guest problem resolution.
• Oversee maintenance of hotel facilities with Engineering.
