The position is responsible for the selection, training, and development of key leadership roles within the resort and for constantly monitoring hotel staff performance in all phases of service and job functions. The Task Force General Manager must be able to interact with guests, resolve problems and communicate effectively with all departments. The role must ensure the profitability of all departments to achieve the budgeted objective. The Task Force General Manager will also be the primary training resource for new General Managers, or General Managers needing additional support and hands on training. This individual may also provide support in a variety of other operational roles as well as assist with corporate projects and initiatives.
