Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. seeks a Task Force General Manager who can travel extensively to manage extended-stay transitions nationwide.

You will act as General Manager, overseeing revenues, cost controls, staff development, and daily operations to deliver guest-ready service. You will lead a small team, promote exceptional guest experiences, and monitor hotel cleanliness while maintaining strong vendor and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in hospitality management.
• Proven GM experience with team development and leadership.
• Strong budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team (6-8) and mentor staff as needed.
• Ensure guest services are outstanding and hotel cleanliness remains top-notch.
• Manage property revenue, expenses, inventories, and purchasing.
• Analyze P&L statements and submit variance reports promptly.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build relationships with local properties, conventions, visitors bureaus, and clients.
