Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. seeks a Task Force General Manager capable of extensive nationwide travel (up to 100%).

You will act as General Manager for extended-stay properties, overseeing revenues, cost controls, staffing, and daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance. Responsibilities include leading a small team, managing P&L, and building relationships with local partners to maximize occupancy and profitability across properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on hotel General Manager experience.
• Proven team development and leadership background.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Multilingual.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development by selecting, training, counseling, and motivating a small team of 6-8 employees.
• Promote and deliver exceptional guest services and ensure guest concerns are resolved promptly.
• Develop, administer, and control property revenue and budget expenses; manage inventories.
• Analyze Profit & Loss, General Ledger, and submit P&L Variance Reports.
• Facilitate Sales & Marketing to achieve revenue and profitability through knowledge of hotel and surroundings.
• Develop and maintain rapport with competitive properties, conventions, VISITOR BUREAU, Chamber of Commerce, and target accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
