Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational needs.
Lead field recruitment teams to improve hiring performance and accountability.
Establish recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Optimize ATS, recruitment tools, and reporting processes.
Create scalable recruiting workflows and standardized procedures.
Analyze recruitment data and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Present recruitment performance reports and workforce planning insights.
Forecast staffing needs in partnership with hiring managers.
Develop onboarding and coaching programs for recruiters.
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding.
Improve candidate experience and overall hiring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
