Associa is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in Richardson, TX to lead recruiting delivery across business areas, combining hands-on executive recruiting with team leadership and analytics.

You will shape how we attract, engage, and hire top talent, especially for senior or hard-to-fill roles, and build proactive sourcing networks while coaching a recruiting team to deliver a consistently strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with passive sourcing and senior roles.
• Proven success in executive and hard-to-fill searches.
• Resourceful, persistent, results-driven recruiter.
• Experience partnering with HR leaders across functions.
• Leadership of recruiters in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven approach to hiring metrics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting across roles or regions.
• Direct executive and critical-role searches.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
• Advise hiring managers and HR partners.
• Oversee candidate experience and onboarding handoffs.
• Improve recruiting processes and tools.
• Expand talent networks and represent Associa.
• Develop a high-performing recruiting team.
