Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our store leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help manage front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and drive sales while acting as Manager on Duty during shifts.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer experience with personal contact.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and organizing for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling, alarms, and store readiness.
• Support onboarding and training of associates, implementing store policies.
