Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead in California to assist store leadership during peak periods. You will help with front-end operations, cash management, and merchandising while driving sales and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, onboarding new staff, and stepping in as Manager on Duty during shifts. A high school diploma and management experience are preferred for this temporary role.
