Five Below in New York is hiring for a Store Manager on the hourly team. You will lead crew performance, train staff on the Five Below customer-first experience, and supervise daily store operations to ensure fast, friendly service.

You will open or close the store as needed, manage cash handling, and oversee merchandising and stock processes. A minimum 1 year of management experience and strong communication are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash, and sets alarms for smooth operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and processes.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery plans.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning, stock room, and general upkeep.
