Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service through personal interaction.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staffing, service and issues.
• Opens or closes the store as needed, including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs maintenance tasks and keeps stock areas organized.
