Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure a client-focused, trauma-informed, and housing-focused shelter approach.
• Ability to perform crisis intervention as needed.
• Previous shelter experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shelter activities, guest intakes, logistics, and trauma-informed delivery of services.
• Coordinate volunteers and support services; manage supplies and facility needs.
• Support shelter staff during designated shifts and assist in duties.
• Coordinate and manage special events and crisis/conflict intervention as needed.
• Assist with record keeping and reporting; secure necessary resources.
