Job summary

Mastercam, part of CNC Software, LLC, is seeking an Interim Recruiting Coordinator in Connecticut to support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and related admin tasks. You will post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, and help with onboarding of new hires, while maintaining recruiting data in the ATS/HRIS and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine recruiting and onboarding correspondence, reports, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain related attendance or completion records as needed.
• Provide general administrative support for HR projects and team priorities.
• Data-entry of candidate/employee information, maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Create, post, update, and close job advertisements on internal/external career sites & job boards.
• Maintain accurate and current candidate, requisition, and interview information within the ATS.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other appropriate recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates whose qualifications align with position requirements.
• Conduct initial virtual interviews to assess candidates' relevant experience, skills, interest, availability, and general alignment with the role.
• Present qualified candidates and concise screening summaries to Recruiting Team for consideration.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across multiple schedules and time zones.
• Maintain timely, professional candidate communications throughout the recruitment process and support our positive candidate experience.
• Assist with reference checks, pre-employment requirements, offer documentation, and other recruiting activities as assigned.
