Asset Living is seeking a floating Community Manager Specialist to provide on-site leadership across communities during transitions. The role emphasizes stabilization, staffing support, and adherence to company standards.

You will travel to different properties, lead teams, and ensure operational continuity. Ideal candidates bring a background in property management, readiness to manage budgets, and a commitment to fair housing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities in alignment with Asset Living expectations.
• Provide short-term supervision, coaching, and direction to on-site staff; ensure continuity.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial reporting as needed.
• Support leasing teams to achieve occupancy goals and stabilize performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, risk management, and vendor relationships to ensure quality work.
