Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks an interim Meetings Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a global Meetings at Events program. You will own end-to-end execution, from requests to live events, while coordinating with Sales, Marketing and GTM teams.

This hands-on role requires experience in running a program end-to-end, strong analytics, and the ability to hand off a cleanly documented process to a future full-time hire.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in meetings, events, or program management within B2B enterprise software.
• Ability to join an established program quickly and maintain operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Experience configuring event tools and managing go-live.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meeting-operations, setup, QA and scheduling.
• Manage meeting requests, triage, approvals and real-time changes.
• Coordinate venue logistics and attendee tracking at events.
• Provide on-site support globally and cover concurrent events.
