Versique Executive, Professional, & Interim Recruiting seeks an Interim HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions onsite in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, attendance and timekeeping, and daily inquiries.

The position is a full-time interim assignment with an hourly rate of $38–$48, DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience.
• Strong employee relations and employee support background.
• Experience with attendance management, timekeeping, or hourly workforce environments preferred.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and HR administrative processes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or production environments is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, is preferred.

Job description

The Interim HR Generalist will provide full-time support across a broad range of HR functions during a period of increased team demand. This role will focus on employee relations, HR administration, attendance and timekeeping support, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employee inquiries. The consultant will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure HR processes run smoothly and employees receive timely support.

Salary Range:

Hourly rate between $38-$48, DOE
