Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a hotel or related industry.
• Previous supervisory responsibility required.
• Familiarity with employment laws and required compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Human Resources staff.
• Prepare and maintain HR budget.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations and laws.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Manage employee benefits programs and salary structures.
• Develop and maintain internal communications and training programs.
