Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with departmental leaders to align hiring with organizational goals.
• Analyze turnover to identify retention improvements and develop engagement programs.
• Develop and lead programs to improve engagement and morale.
• Make disciplinary decisions and manage performance improvement plans.
