HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director of Human Resources for the Hyatt Regency Sonoma in Santa Rosa, CA. You will direct all HR operations on-site, including recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance, and associate relations to support guest service goals and business success.

The role requires 3+ years in HR within hospitality, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certification helpful), and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR experience in hospitality.
• Hotel industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; HR certification helpful.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Ability to lead recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, and associate relations.

• Direct and manage the HR function to support guest service and business objectives.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and employment eligibility verification for associates and management.
• Administer training programs and ensure development of staff to maximize potential.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage wage/benefit administration and performance appraisal processes.
