The role oversees wage, benefit programs, training, compliance with employment laws, and employee relations, with a strong focus on recruiting, retention, and safety. Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities under long hours are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise Human Resources staff.
• Prepare and maintain HR budget.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Coordinate recruitment and screening of personnel.
• Maintain employee benefits and compensation programs.
