Tobii Dynavox is seeking an Interim Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of funding orders across health insurance and third-party payers. You will work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain authorization and ensure documents meet payer criteria.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and travel to the Pittsburgh area a few times per year.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Background in the health insurance field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Mansioni

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of funding orders.
• Collaborate with SLPs, insurers, government agencies, and educational institutions.
• Track funding cases to timely completion.
• Review documents for third-party payer criteria.
• Enter orders in the order management system.
• Advise clients and families on funding and co-payment.
• Alert supervisor to potential payer challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
