Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking an Interim Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of funding orders for product, repair, and rental requests. You will collaborate with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to secure authorizations and ensure compliance with payer criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years related experience.
• Background in the health insurance field preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and equipment rental orders.
• Work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Review documents for third party payer criteria.
• Track funding authorization cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist clients and families with funding requests and co-payment requirements.
